Postage costs
You do not pay shipping costs for orders over €20 within the Netherlands. Below €20, €4.95 will be charged.

For orders to Belgium, the shipping costs are €6.95. Above € 50, - you pay no shipping costs. For all other countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders within 24 hours on working days. This means that your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days.

However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If nothing is stated, the product is in stock. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of Post-NL.

I have provided the wrong delivery address!
Accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it is possible that an order becomes defective during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.
