We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders within 24 hours. This means that your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days (within the Netherlands). Belgium: 2 to 4 days.

Is the magnet strong enough?

Can I shower with the chain?
Although the chain is in principle water resistant, we still recommend avoiding contact with water as much as possible. This way the jewelry stays beautiful longer and you prevent the magnet from becoming loose.

Can I return my order?
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order after all. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
