What are the shipping costs?
You pay no shipping costs for orders over €25,- within the Netherlands. Under €25,- €3.95 will be charged.
For orders to Belgium the shipping costs are €6.95. Above €50,- you pay no shipping costs.
Can I also have ashes processed into the pendants?
Yes, that is possible. Send us an email and ask about the possibilities.

What is the delivery time of the pendants, earrings and necklaces?
We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. We try to ship orders within 24 hours. This means that your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days (within NL). For Belgium, the delivery time is 2 to 4 days.
Delivery is via the Post-NL postman or parcel delivery person.
Is the magnet strong enough?
Yes, the magnet has a pulling force of almost 1 kg. The pendant will therefore not simply fall off your chain.
Can I shower with the chain?
Although the chain is in principle water resistant, we still advise to avoid contact with water as much as possible. This way the jewelry stays beautiful longer and you prevent the magnet from coming loose.
I ordered a gift card, but I haven't received a code yet. What now?
That's right, gift cards are created manually by us, so it can take up to 24 hours before you receive the code by email.
Can I also hang the pendant on my own chain?
Yes, this is possible. Then choose a loose connector where you can click all the pendants. The diameter of the eye is 2mm and suitable for chains with a diameter of max. 1.9mm. Chains

What material are the chains made of?
The chains are gold or silver plated and made of stainless steel. So there is a thin layer of gold or silver over the stainless steel chain.
What material are the pendants and rings made of?
All our jewelry is made with a special type of resin that is UV-stabilized, which ensures high resistance to UV radiation. However, over time the jewelry can turn slightly yellow if it is exposed to direct sunlight. Therefore, we advise you to avoid direct sunlight as much as possible, so that the jewelry stays beautiful for as long as possible.
Are the chains allergy free?
Yes, the chains are allergy-free (nickel-free).
Can I also have the hanger permanently attached to the connector?
Yes, this is possible. During the ordering process, indicate in the comments that you want the hanger to be permanently attached. We will then do this free of charge (delivery time 3 working days).
What are the costs for a custom made pendant?
This depends on your wishes. Send us an email for the possibilities and price request.
I placed an order, but did not receive a confirmation. How is that possible?
It is possible that our email ended up in your spam folder. If you can't find it there either, please contact us.
I want to order something for someone else and have it delivered there, is that possible?
Yes, that is possible. In that case, fill in not only your own address, but also a delivery address at checkout. We will then send the article to the delivery address.
Can my package also be sent as a gift?
Yes, the pendant (with chain) is sent gift wrapped as standard.
What will my order be shipped with?
Delivery is via the PostNL postman or parcel deliverer and is sent as a letterbox package. So you don't have to stay home for it.
Can I also pick up an order?
No, this is not possible. We do not have a physical store.

Can I return my order?
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account.
To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@drupt.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

How much does it cost if I want to return my order?
Return costs are at your own expense and vary per postal company.
