We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders within 24 hours.


Is the magnet strong enough?
Yes, the magnet has a pulling force of almost 1 kg. The pendant therefore does not just fall off your chain.


Can I shower with the necklace?
Yes, but we recommend that the necklace comes into contact with water as little as possible to guarantee the quality of your jewellery.


I have ordered a gift voucher, but I have not yet received a code. And now?
That's right, gift vouchers are created manually by us, so it can take up to 24 hours before you receive the code via email.

Can I also hang the pendant on my own chain?
Yes, this is possible. Then choose a separate connector to which you can click all hangers. The diameter of the eyelet is 2mm and suitable for chains with a diameter of up to 1.9mm. Chains

This depends on the wishes you have. Send us an email for the possibilities and price request.


I have placed an order, but have not received a confirmation. How is that possible?
It is possible that our e-mail has ended up in your spam folder. Can't find it there either? Then please contact us.


I want to order something for someone else and have it delivered there, is that possible?
Yes, that's possible. Then enter not only your own address, but also a delivery address at checkout. We will then send the item to the delivery address.


What are the shipping costs?
You do not pay shipping costs for orders over €10 within the Netherlands. Under € 10, - € 3.95 will be charged.
For orders to Belgium, the shipping costs are €4.95. Above € 50, - you pay no shipping costs.


Can my package also be sent as a gift?
Yes, the pendant (with chain) is sent in a gift box as standard.


What will my order be shipped with?
Delivery is via PostNL's postman or parcel deliverer and will be sent as a letterbox package. So you don't have to stay home for it.

Can I return my order?
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@drupt.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

What does it cost if I want to return my order?
Costs for returning are for your own account and differ per postal company.
